For a successful and enjoyable concert, we require some information and consent from you. Please fill out the provided form. We will get back to you shortly.



1. General information

To prepare, you can enter the hall at least an hour before the concert.


2. Compensation and other financial claims:

The Palais Lichtenau assumes no payment of fees or other financial expenses. Any financial claims – in whatever form – cannot be asserted even after the concert has been held.
Donation Policy: Concertgoers typically donate to the artists. After the concert, you will receive a donation receipt confirming the full payment. Please sign this receipt on-site or send it back to us signed via email.


3. Consent to Recording and Use of Concert Footage

Concerts at Palais Lichtenau may be recorded and filmed for documentation and publicity purposes. By providing consent in the application form, the participating artists grant Palais Lichtenau and the creator, Dominik Campus, a non-exclusive, unlimited, and unrestricted right to use the recordings. This includes the publication of concert footage, whether in part or in full, on the Palais Lichtenau website and social media platforms, exclusively for non-commercial purposes.

Artists are also granted the right to use the recordings provided to them for non-commercial purposes, provided they include proper name attribution and a link to the social media accounts (@palaislichtenau | @dominik.campus).

There is no entitlement to the production, provision, or release of recordings or photographs. However, Palais Lichtenau and the creator, Dominik Campus, will only publish concert recordings if a corresponding copy has been made available to the artists.


4. File uploads

For the concert announcements and the flyer, up to 5 high-resolution photos in JPG or PNG format are required. By uploading, you confirm that you hold the usage rights and that the photos may be used for the program design of Palais Lichtenau. The photos will be used exclusively for this purpose. Please note the maximum file size of 5 MB per photo.

Exceeding the file size limit will result in an error message, preventing the form from being submitted.

After carefully reviewing your request, we will get back to you promptly. We reserve the right to cancel events for organizational or other significant reasons, should this be necessary.
