CONCERT PROPOSAL at Palais Lichtenau

Welcome to Palais Lichtenau.

We are pleased about your interest in presenting a concert at our venue.

Due to the high number of enquiries, processing your request and providing a response may occasionally take some time. We kindly ask for your understanding.

In order to review your enquiry carefully and to plan the concert appropriately, we require some information from you as well as your agreement to certain organisational matters.

When selecting your preferred dates, please note that our regular concert times are Thursdays at 7 pm and Sundays at 6 pm. If you would like to propose alternative dates on other days of the week, you may indicate these in the section Additional information and requests below.

Important notes for concert inquiries
• Fill in all required fields completely
• Confirm consent regarding compensation, donation policy, and use of recordings
• Observe file size limits: photos max. 5 MB, CV/program max. 4 MB
• Accepted formats: JPG/PNG (photos), PDF (CV, program)
• Use a current browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
• Ideally complete the form on a computer
• Avoid long interruptions (possible timeout)
• Click “Send” at the end
• Carefully check your email address

2. Compensation and other financial claims

Palais Lichtenau does not assume fee payments or any other financial expenses. Any financial claims of any kind cannot be asserted, even after the concert has taken place.
As a rule, donations from concertgoers go directly to the artists. After the concert, you will receive a donation statement confirming full payout. Please sign this on site or return it to us signed by email.


3. Consent to the recording and use of concert recordings

Subject to scheduling and organisational availability, it is possible to arrange a professional concert recording (video / audio) as well as concert photography provided by Campus Media.

If you would like to receive further information or a personalised quotation, you may indicate your interest here on a non-binding basis.

Note on third-party recordings
Independent film or audio recordings (e.g., by commissioned photographers or video teams) are permitted only with prior consultation with Palais Lichtenau.



4. File uploads

For the concert vignette in the newsletter and on Instagram, up to 5 high-resolution, representative photos in JPG format are required. By uploading, you confirm that you hold the usage rights and that the photos may be used for the program design of Palais Lichtenau.

Maximum file size: 5 MB per photo.

Exceeding this limit will result in an error message and prevent submission of the form.

Thank you for completing our form. Please note that submission does not constitute a binding confirmation of a concert date at Palais Lichtenau. After carefully reviewing your request, we will contact you promptly. We reserve the right to cancel events for organizational or other important reasons, should this be necessary.
