1. General information about the concert

2. Conditions and Requirements

Arrangement of fees and other financial expenses:

I/we hereby agree that the Palais Lichtenau will not pay any fees or other expenses, and that no financial claims can be made after the concert.

Donation arrangement:
Usually, we receive donations from our concert attendees. After the concert, you will receive a donation receipt confirming the full payment to the artists. To receive the donations, the donation receipt must be signed after the concert. You may also receive the receipt via email, with a request to return it signed.

I/we hereby confirm that the donation arrangement has been read and understood.

Availability of equipment

Concert grand piano: The concert grand piano is required. Stage lighting: Stage lighting is required. Dressing room: The dressing room is required.

Recordings at Palais Lichtenau

Concerts at Palais Lichtenau can be recorded for documentation and public relations purposes. Artists can decide in the application form whether they agree to this, or not. If they consent, the Palais Lichtenau / Dominik Campus will have the usage rights for PR purposes, social media, and the website, but not for commercial purposes. Artists are also allowed to use the recordings for non-commercial purposes.

3. File Uploads

Photos:

For concert announcements and the concert flyer, up to 5 representative and high-resolution photos in JPG or PNG format are required (max. 5 MB per photo). By uploading, you confirm that you own the usage rights and allow the Palais Lichtenau to use the photos for program design. The photos will be used exclusively for this purpose.
